Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
When you make an appointment with me, I guarantee you this time to take care of your needs.
Where possible please provide at least 24 hours notice to change your appointment.

If you cancel or change your appointment in less than 8 hours you will still be expected to pay for the booking.
This is with respect to me and other clients who may have wanted your appointment time.
You may send someone else in your place, please let me know.
As cancellations have a significant impact on me, I need to enforce my cancellation policy and trust you understand the need to do so.
I will waive this for emergencies only.
